Do you provide the lights and décor?
We design around professional-grade products appropriate to the property and proposed scope. Your quote will clarify the selected lighting, greenery and other décor.
How early should I book?
The best installation windows are limited and planning starts well before Thanksgiving. Contact us as early as possible, especially for commercial properties or larger homes.
Can you match a photograph or idea I like?
Yes. We use inspiration to understand your taste, then create a design suited to your architecture rather than duplicating another property.
What happens if a section stops working?
Contact our team. Seasonal support is part of a full-service relationship, and we will coordinate a service visit based on the issue and conditions.
Do you remove everything after the holidays?
Yes. Takedown is planned as part of the project. Storage options can also be discussed during quoting.
Do you work on commercial properties and HOAs?
Yes. We design for retail, hospitality, offices, community entrances and other managed properties, with scheduling coordinated around operations.
Do you install customer-owned lights?
Because product condition, compatibility and installation methods vary, this is assessed case by case. Share what you have during the consultation.
Are you licensed?
Yes. We are a licensed contractor, CSLB#1128554. Every display is planned and installed by our own electrical team.
